SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by River Valley Home & Lumber, 452 East Main Street, Booneville, AR 72927. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

River Valley Home & Lumber sends text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include:

• Order and account updates: order confirmations, quotes, special-order arrivals, pickup-ready notices and delivery scheduling or status updates.
• Customer service: replies to your questions and follow-up about your purchases.
• Store news and promotions: sales, specials, new products, seasonal items and changes to store hours.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from River Valley Home & Lumber, for example in store, over the phone or through a sign-up form. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders, deliveries and account activity, and on how often we run promotions.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again the same way you did originally.

7. Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Your phone number

You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you used to opt in. You confirm that you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details on how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will be updated. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
